Legal document review: Simple personal legal documents, such as your insurance policies, sales contracts and leases will be reviewed. The lawyer will interpret and elaborate on the legal implications in the documents and recommend changes as maybe necessary.
Drafting of wills: Your will is the document that specifies the management and manner of settlement of your estate after your demise. The lawyers job is to write your will in conformity with the state laws guidelines as to form and substance. He will also advise you on any provisions you might want to consider, such as appointing a guardian and establishing a trust.
Discount on regular fees: You will be entitled to a 20 to 30% discount on regular or hourly or flat rate legal fees for services not included in the original fee agreement. Services not covered by fee agreements may include divorce, custody and other family issues, and court representations for criminal and civil cases.
Pre-paid legal plans cover most of the normal, everyday legal issues that people are faced with, at a far more affordable rate than if you had to hire a lawyer for each separate issue you are presented with. This pre-need service will enable you to prepare for unexpected problems and provide legal options to prevent the escalation of preventable situations.
